    This unit seems out of our price range, but am wondering if you know of anything in the area that meets are needs. Thank you

    Our lease and business needs.
    Size: 700-1600sq/ft
    Budget: $1600
    Business: manufacturing of honey wine (mead)

    Needs for our business:
    • 220 power
    • Water
    • Sewage
    • Ability to add power sockets and sinks (following city code and using a licensed contractor)
    • Bay door
    • Use of propane tanks and burner for heating honey/recipes.

    Wants for our business but are NOT needed
    • Adding a floor drain (helps with washing equipment)
    • Tasting room
    • this would allow walk in customers to sample our product
    • we would follow any parking rules
    • we would imagine that the highest volume of customers would be 8 at any given time
    • we can regulate how many can visit if needed for safety
    • On site sales – for walk in customers
    • Pick up of online orders – allows customers to pick up orders vs waiting for shipping
