Bay Area Commercial Property Management

Maclennan Investment Group, Inc. offers commercial property management in the San Francisco Bay Area. We currently manage industrial, retail, and office properties in Contra Costa County and the surrounding areas.

Property Management Goals:

  1. Increase ownership’s net income after all expenses.
  2. Decrease ownership’s time spent on management activities.

Our Property Management Services:

  • Collection of Rents and Deposits to Bank. We monitor the payment and collection of rent, assessment of late fees, and when necessary initiate the Eviction process.
  • Payment of Bills. We make sure bills are paid when due. We keep a history of bills and watch closely for irregularities. We will pay Property Taxes, Liability and Property Damage Insurance, Utilities, and other regular maintenance items.
  • Inspections. Regular walk-throughs are conducted to inspect the general conditions of the property. Landscape maintenance, parking lot, general condition, and building appearance are checked. Maclennan Investment Group’s extensive community involvement provides us with quality relationships with contractors to perform work in the quickest and most cost effective manner.
  • Tenant Communication. All communication with tenants is handled through our office. An atmosphere of open communication with tenants is encouraged to ensure tenant satisfaction and long term tenancies.
  • Maintenance. All appropriate maintenance is administered by our office. Routine maintenance items including heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, plumbing, roof repair, etc. as well as emergencies are handled with expediency.
  • Lease Negotiations. We will negotiate and/or renegotiate with prospective tenants to keep the building leased. We continually monitor the leasing market to ensure we are achieving rents at the highest rates attainable.
  • Financial Reporting. Financial reports will be prepared quarterly showing income, and all previous expenses itemized for ownership’s review, with a brief review of the quarter’s activities and a preview of any upcoming items.

We provide property management services to properties within a 1 hour drive of Walnut Creek, CA. Our properties are primarily in Contra Costa County, Alameda County, and Solano County along the I-680 Corridor, Highway 4, and I-80.

We offer property management in the following cities: Alamo, Antioch, Bay Point, Benicia, Brentwood, Clayton, Clyde, Concord, Danville, Diablo, Fairfield, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Oakley, Orinda, Pacheco, Pleasant Hill, Pittsburg, Vacaville, Vallejo,  and Walnut Creek.
