Peter Maclennan specializes in helping real estate users in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has helped commercial tenants find, negotiate, and lease space for their businesses. His investor clients have deferred capital gains tax through 1031 exchanges. His landlord clients have benefited from the lease up of their buildings. He founded Maclennan Investment Group, Inc. in 2009.
Prior to committing full-time to Maclennan Investment Group, Inc., Mr. Maclennan worked for Owens Financial Group as an asset manager and commercial loan underwriter. He provided daily management to apartments in Oakland, CA and oversight to the management of 320 apartments in Florida. He also oversaw light industrial assets, land, and other real estate assets for the company.
Mr. Maclennan is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, and the Contra Costa Association of Realtors®. He is also a member of Business Plus, CouncilOne Advisors, and the 680 Commercial Idea Exchange.
